What's in the Barks Bandana SwagBag and how long until I receive my first one?

Barks Bandana SwagBags include a themed over-the-collar reversible bandana along with a tasty treat sampler from one of our partners. SwagBags ship the 5-8th of each month. If you join before the 4th, you will receive that month's shipment. For example, if you join between Dec 5th and January 4th, your first SwagBag will be the January shipment, mailing the 5-8th.  More easily, if you join after the 4th of any month, your first shipment will be the following month's shipment. Start with any multi-month subscription and we'll ship you a complimentary (and exclusive!) welcome gift bandana within 3-5 business days regardless of when you'll receive your first official shipment.

How often will my subscription be re-billed?

If you join before the 4th of each month you will be charged at point of sale and enlisted to receive that month's swag-bag. For example, if you join on Feb 2nd, the first payment enlists you to receive the February swag bag that will be shipped the 5-8th (expected to arrive to you between the 8-12th). Thereafter you will be charged on the 15th, paying ahead of the next month's shipment (5-8th of the following month).

If you elect to purchase your SwagBag subscription in 3, 6, or 12 month quantities (discounted pricing by paying multi-month renewals), your rebill date will be 3, 6, or 12 months from point of initial purchase. For example, if you choose the 3 month subscription option to pay up front, you would be re-charged 3 months later at the same discounted rate unless you opted to change your payment preferences prior.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can log into your account (top right corner of our home page) and edit your subscription at any time.  Under your subscriptions (left side once logged in) click on the edit button to update your information. Customers can easily update their product type and size here, as well subscription term. Be sure to select the "change" button on the bottom right if you do make a new selection so it is saved in your account.

At the bottom of the same page on the left is the "cancel subscription" button for your convenience. A nice option if you need to pause your subscription for a month (or length of term) is the "skip the next renewal" button. A pop up box will have you confirm this decision. We'd love you to stay on our Swag Wagon, but if you must cancel your subscription please do so by the 14th of the month in order to cancel the next month's shipment. If you do not cancel by the 14th of the month (through your account settings) you will be charged for the following month's shipment and/or that series of subscription (if multi-month term) without option of refund. What if I need to update my dog's size on the SwagBag subscription and what is your return policy?

If you desire a different size for your dog's subscription, simply email us at barksandbeadsboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to mail out the updated size for that month if available. You may update your subscription account or we can make the adjustment to the newly selected size for all future SwagBag shipments.  Regarding all product orders on our website we cannot accept returns or refunds, all sales are final.
